Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility
- Returns for items purchased on the SYNA website must be submitted within 15 days of the order’s shipping date.
Condition
- Items must be in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
- For footwear, the original box and any included accessories must be returned.
Exclusions
- Collaborations, sale products, and limited-edition items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale products
- Collaborations and limited-edition collections
- Underwear, boxer briefs, and socks
- Sunglasses
Return Instructions – UK Domestic Orders
- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the shipping date.
- For alternative shipping methods, contact contact@synaworlds.co.uk for instructions.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the item.
Return Instructions – International Orders
- Process: All international returns must be submitted through SYNA’s designated global shipping partner.
- Include the original packing slip with your returned items. SYNA is not responsible for lost shipments not returned via the designated partner.
Exchanges
Domestic UK Orders
- Full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 15 days of fulfilment.
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may follow the return process for a refund.
International Orders
- A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval.
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, process a return for a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing times, please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect.
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. SYNA does not offer credit notes or gift cards.
