Orders and Delivery Information

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 6-14 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: Processing and shipping times may take longer during new collection launches, holidays, or peak seasons.

Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses and methods cannot be modified after checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments after they leave our warehouse.

UK Shipping Options and Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all full-price orders within the UK. Orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after leaving our distribution centre.
  • Other Purchases: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes and cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment.

International Shipping Options and Costs

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
  • Customs and Taxes: The total price includes all applicable duties and taxes for international orders. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
  • Shipping Method: All international orders ship free via express courier (air). Shipping methods cannot be changed. Processing takes 4-5 business days.

Failed Delivery, Returned, or Abandoned Packages

Incorrect Addresses

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number will incur additional costs at the customer’s expense.

Missed Deliveries

  • Unclaimed packages held at local courier centres will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Refused Packages

  • For international orders, if a package is refused, return shipping costs, including duties and taxes, will be deducted from the refund.

Customs Hold

  • Packages held at customs for more than 30 days will be deemed abandoned, forfeiting any right to a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Opened Packages

If your package arrives damaged or opened:

  1. Please take a photo of the package before inspecting its contents.
  2. File a claim with the courier.
